We are an independent property consultancy, focused on the acquisition and renovation of prime London residential property.
DPR was founded to address a growing need for clients to have independent advice when looking to buy, rent or renovate residential property in London. We are not affiliated to any organisation or estate agent. We act solely for the buyer or the tenant.
DPR’s founder, Alessandra de Paiva Raposo, brings a decade of experience in the property market that spans multiple global regions. She has worked in both sales and development consultancy, including time working with leading high-end new build projects, and as a result, has an exceptional network of contacts throughout the industry.
Her experience outside the UK gives DPR a global perspective, a grasp of the complex needs of clients based in more than one country, and a full understanding of the complexities of cross-border transactions. Her experience in the UK has led to DPR having one of the most envied ‘black books’ in the industry and access to properties that other agencies are unaware even exist.
Today our clients come from across the United Kingdom, France, Switzerland, Russia, Brazil, Asia, and the Middle East. Many use our services multiple times, entrusting us with building up their portfolio on a long term basis.
